1) How do I order?
First, sign up to our website and create a username and password for yourself. Then please select the item you are interested in and wish to order. When you click on the particular item you have selected, you see a page which has a tab that says send request. Please tick on the standard size chart and choose your size before clicking on send request. You can provide details of other specifications regarding your size, requirements, changes and preferences via email to info@indiahaat.in. We can make your garment as per your requirements and customize it for you.When you click on the send request button, we receive an email with details of your interest and your selected product information. We will then respond to you with details of the product such as price, size, availability and other relevant product information. You can also email us at info@indiahaat.in for further queries and be in touch with us.
2) How do I make the payment for the product I select?
We accept full payments in advance inclusive of shipping and handling charges after which we process your order. The time taken depends on the availability of the product. We will call you and confirm your order and other details with you prior to shipping.
We accept payments via Paypal, Credit Card, Cash, Bank Transfers, Cheques and demand drafts.
3) What are the methods of shipping?
We deliver our products all over the world. We work with DHL, Blue Dart etc to deliver our products to your doorstep.
4) Delivery time, process, customs and duties charged?
We deliver to every country in the world. We take approximately 4 to 6 weeks delivery time after we receive full payment and your complete order.
Every country has their individual rules, policies and laws regarding duties and customs. We are not responsible to pay duties or custom charges for your orders. Please check the duty rates and customs processes from the appropriate, relevant authorities in your own country while placing your order.
5) Return or exchange Policy?
We do not accept and return or exchange any products once delivered. We deliver our products based on individual sizes, specifications and measurements. So we have a no return and no exchange policy. We ensure complete customer satisfaction and look forward to building long standing relationships with all our customers, therefore we ensure and assure 100% customer satisfaction and no complaints.
